Office Services Supervisor

IST Management is a rapidly growing business process outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in providing solutions for the management of digital and physical information through Facilities Management, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management services. This is a full-time, direct-hire position.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, flexibility in hours ranging from 7am
- 7pm, must be available for possible Saturdays as needed.

Compensation

$19.00- 20.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities

Mailroom services: Assisting with managing day to day operations of mailroom- including overseeing site employees, completion of processing/scanning/sorting/delivery of USPS mail and packages to appropriate site personnel, incoming and outgoing.
Scanning services- scanning and digitizing documents, handling of documents, attention to detail, filing away as necessary.
Shipping and Receiving services.
Operating various mailing, copy and fax equipment.
Supervision of on-site office and facilities team,Working closely with site manager and client contact to maintain client and site needs.
Fleet management.
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.
Ordering supplies.
Updating employee lists.
Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers.
Maintain copier equipment.
Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment.
Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines.
Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)Minimum of 1 year of customer service related experience.
Minimum of 1 year related experience,including shipping and receiving.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
Ability to meet employer's attendance policy.
A valid drivers license and/or reliable transportation to and from work.
Lifting up to 50 pounds.
Standing for long periods of time.
Significant walking.
