Bilingual Customer Service Manager

Client Reference Code: 283594Charter Communications currently seeks a Manager, Technical Support for our Residential Video call center. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Position Summary

Develop, oversee, and manage all related business aspects throughout a dynamic customer service center and customer relations organization of Charter Communications. Responsible for driving employee development, performance management, and operational efficiency to achieve the goals and objectives of Charter Communications as it relates to its customers and employees. Essential Job Functions: Oversee day to day operations for a group of Supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Oversee hiring, motivation, evaluation, and discipline of all customer service staff to include coaching and development of Supervisors, and ensure department compliance with company policies and procedures. Ensure achievement of all key operating metrics for the call center. Coordinate all department activities to ensure the efficient, effective operation of the department and to ensure adequate coverage for normal services and special events. Establish, in coordination with Customer Service Leadership, training programs as necessary to ensure adequate on-going training of all customer care employees. Facilitate open communications between representatives, supervisors, peers, departments, systems and region. Identify and formulate trends and resolutions which will ensure follow-thru and reinforce internal and external customer satisfaction. Demonstrate leadership and communication skills to foster a high level of employee satisfaction and update Customer Service Leadership of all developments and issues of operations. May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and/or required.

Job Qualifications

At least 3 years of major call center supervisory experience.5 plus years overall leadership experience; developing people leaders is required. Expertise with call center computer and telephone equipment, switching/routing platforms, and software. Experience in managing metrics for call center to identify overall performance and areas of development. Experience with staffing, scheduling, skill development, and morale management. Must be able to work in a team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills; able to relate to all levels of management of employees with ease and enthusiasm. Demonstrate commitment to company goals and be capable of effectively communicating these goals to employees. Ability to sit, stand, walk and bend at the knee and waist.

Education

Bachelor's degree from four year college or university; or equivalent training preferred. Preferred Qualifications.
